The kicker is that Bush's statement about Social Security is correct where Obama's statement, if we're talking about HB3200 IS, in fact, a lie.
Nothing in HB3200 restricts illegal aliens. There are no restrictions on illegal aliens in HB3200. None. Since HB3200 (which contains no restrictions on illegal aliens) is the most complete bill that we've seen, it tends to be the default reference point. If there is a version out there that does place restrictions on illegal aliens, we haven't seen it.
Joe Wilson's statement stands. Obama lied.
